3/21/2024 0 Comments Escapists crafting recipesIn The Escapists 2, the Contraband Pouch is used in crafting the Durable Contraband Pouch, but less usable durability can be obtained if one upgrades the Contraband Pouch to its durable variant when it has only one use left. Certain items can be used as a weapon, worn as an outfit or used to interact with the environment, labeled in-game as tools. Items are kept in the players inventory and can be bought, stolen from Desks, looted off incapacitated non player characters or crafted. If you have access to a lot of Foil, it may be worthwhile to create a Durable Contraband Pouch instead the Durable version takes 2 foil instead of 1 and 1 duct tape to craft, but lasts longer. Articles covering specific items in the game. It won’t give you step-by-step walkthroughs of the different prisons, but it will spoil a few of the crafting recipes that I consider to be essential knowledge. If the original key is kept in the inventory, the player will be sent to solitary once the guard that the key was stolen from wakes up. A plastic copy of a key can be made with a Key Mold and Molten Plastic. It is considered contraband in TE2 and the PC version of TE1, but not on the console/mobile versions of TE1. Keys are obtained by knocking out a guard, and they are used to open certain Doors, allowing the player to access certain areas in the prison. It will not be confiscated in the Console and Mobile versions of the first game. Molten Plastic is a contraband item in The Escapists, used to create a Plastic Key and Fake Keycards (TE2 only). It will lose 20% durability (25% on PC) every time you pass through a Contraband Detector with contraband other than the Pouch itself in your inventory. As long as you have one in your inventory, detectors won't go off. The Contraband Pouch is an item that allows you to carry contraband through Contraband Detectors without raising your heat.
